Hali Santiago, a valued member of KPB Immigration Law Firm since 2016, serves as the Case Director for the Walnut Creek office, playing a pivotal role in providing unwavering support to our clients. As a first-generation immigrant from Oaxaca, Mexico, and a DACA recipient, Hali possesses a profound understanding of the challenges faced by the immigrant community.

Hali navigates clients through complex immigration matters with expertise and dedication, specializing in family-based petitions, removal proceedings, and guiding individuals through consular processing to obtain lawful status.

Hali graduated from UC Irvine with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Law and Society, laying a solid foundation for her career in immigration law. Fluent in both English and Spanish, she ensures effective communication and tailored guidance for our diverse clientele. Her unique perspective allows her to empathize deeply with our clients and advocate diligently on their behalf.
