Leslie Alfonzo

Leslie Alfonzo holds the position of Associate Attorney at KPB Immigration Law Firm. As a first-generation Salvadoran American, born and raised in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, California, Leslie is deeply committed to advocating for her client's needs.

At KPB, Leslie represents clients across various immigration proceedings including appearances before the Asylum Office, Immigration Court, and USCIS Field Offices. Her primary focus lies in removal defense cases including asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under CAT. Additionally, Leslie assists clients in affirmative applications, such as naturalization, consular processing, and adjustment of status, among other immigration matters. Furthermore, Leslie extends her expertise to representing clients before the Probate Court for Special Juvenile Immigration Status purposes and provides representation in Criminal Court concerning client's immigration matters.

Leslie graduated from the University of San Francisco, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and a double minor in Criminal Justice and Dance. Leslie earned her Juris Doctor degree from San Francisco Law School and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2023. Before joining KPB, she worked with the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office and a boutique criminal defense firm specializing in both state and federal criminal defense cases.
