Wilson Purves, Esq.
Wilson Purves, nominated “Super Lawyer” in 2023 and Legal Advisor for the Mexican Consulate since 2009, is the Founding Attorney at KPB Immigration Law Firm.
Wilson has been practicing immigration law in California since 2007. He quickly established himself as a respected figure in the field. As the founding attorney of KPB, he leads the firm's efforts in providing expert legal counsel to clients across family immigration, removal defense, humanitarian relief, and business immigration. Since 2009, Wilson has served as an attorney advisor for the Mexican Consulate of the San Francisco and Hawaii jurisdictions. Furthermore, he is a dedicated member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Wilson obtained his JD at the University of Buenos Aires in 2004. During his time in law school, Wilson interned at the College of Lawyers Legal Clinic, where he provided invaluable assistance to victims of domestic violence. Wilson holds licenses to practice law in both California and the Federal District of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Before KPB he was an in-house counsel for a prominent metropolitan transport company in Buenos Aires, specializing in civil litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
Fluent in Spanish, Wilson also contributes his expertise to Univision, AM1010, AM990, and AM1370, providing valuable insights to diverse audiences. His professional accomplishments and commitment to justice underscore his dedication to the legal profession and the communities he serves.
