Chloe Tomlinson

Chloe Tomlinson is an Associate Attorney at KPB Immigration Law Firm, bringing her passion for immigration advocacy and dedication to her role.

At KPB, Chloe specializes in representing clients in removal defense cases, including asylum, withholding of removal, protection under the CAT, and cancellation of removal. She diligently represents clients in Master and Individual Calendar hearings at the EOIR Immigration Courts, advocating for their rights and interests. Additionally, Chloe assists clients with their affirmative asylum cases at the Asylum Office and represents them in USCIS appearances, such as Naturalization and adjustment of status interviews. Chloe's expertise also extends to minors seeking Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), as she represents them in guardianship hearings in State Court.

Chloe is a graduate of Santa Clara Law School, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree in May 2019. She was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 2019. During her time at Santa Clara Law, Chloe was actively involved in various legal clinics, including the Immigration Clinic, International Human Rights Clinic, and the Northern California Innocence Project, where she honed her advocacy skills and deepened her understanding of social justice issues. Before joining KPB, Chloe's legal journey at Santa Clara Law laid a strong foundation for her career in immigration law, shaping her into the dedicated attorney she is today.
