At KPB Immigration Law Firm, Rafaela leads the business immigration team with expertise and dedication. Rafaela assists clients with a wide range of visa categories. She guides employers through the intricate process of obtaining status for their employees, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements for intracompany transferees, facilitates the establishment or expansion of businesses in the United States for entrepreneurs and investors, and assists individuals and organizations in obtaining visas for cultural and educational exchange programs.

Rafaela graduated with the highest honors and earned a Paralegal Certificate from the ABA-approved San Francisco State University Paralegal Studies program. In 2017, she furthered her legal education by obtaining an LL.M. degree with a certificate of specialization in International Law from the prestigious University of California, Berkeley School of Law. During her time at Berkeley Law, Rafaela actively participated in two Immigration-related Student-Initiated Legal Services Projects, where she performed pro bono duties as a legal translator/interpreter. This experience honed her skills and deepened her commitment to the field of Immigration Law.
